This classic couture collection is designed by Victoria McMillan.

Alvina Valenta gowns are known for their timeless elegance, sophistication and most especially their attention to detail. All of the dresses are finished by hand, as well as the beading and their signature hand rolled roses. Every hem is finished with lace right down to the petticoat hem!

Alvina Valenta gowns are made of the finest silks, satin shantung, and satin organza to name a few. McMillan loves to experiment with pastel shades in all of these fabrics as well as the expected white and ivory.

One of the collection's most successful silhouettes has been their full circular tulle skirt. Whether it is finished with a lace hem or without, with a beaded tank bodice, or a simple unadorned silk satin one, these dresses exude a festive, fun yet elegant feel.

McMillan believes the bride should be the main focus of the wedding, and the dress should only enhance her beauty.

AUTHORIZED RETAILER:
When purchasing your wedding gown, please make sure you purchase it from an authorized retailer. When a store offers you a huge discount that could mean that they are not authorized to sell an Alvina Valenta.

The store will either offer you an inferior quality knock-off gown or tries to purchase it through an unauthorized third party (another store) which means that if your dress is defective or delivery is running late, there is no recourse with us.

SIZING:
We offer sizes 4 through 16 , we also offer custom measurements for sizes below 4 and above 16, the store you purchase from will explain the custom measurements.

FABRICS:
Two major factors when determining fabrics are fiber and weave.

The fiber content is what the fabric is made of while the weave determines the finish or texture of the fabric.

FIBER:
The fiber we use is always silk which is the most luxurious in bridal fabrics. White is never pure white always slightly off-white.

WEAVE:
The weave would be the finish of the fabric , which would be the satin, shantung, organza, or brocade.

BEADING:
We use pearls, clear sequins and Austrian crystals.

FLOWERS AND ROSES:
The flowers that we use are all made from silk, and all our roses are hand rolled to give them an elegant finish.
