In 2001, Lazaro was awarded the Distinctive Excellence in the Bridal Industry (DEBI) award in the category of Style Innovator for Bridal Gowns, as well as its Designer of the Year award. In November 2007, Lazaro was featured on “American Latino TV,” and in May 2008, Lazaro’s designs were featured on Fox Business’ “Happy Hour.”
